About Us
North Central Counties Consortium (NCCC) is a joint powers agency that administers the federally funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs in the Counties of Colusa, Glenn, Sutter and Yuba.
NCCC is governed by a Governing Board composed of one member of the Board of Supervisors from each member county, and a Workforce Development Board (WDB) comprised of a majority of business leaders and representatives of labor, education, economic development, community based organizations and One Stop delivery system partners.
NCCC's WDB in coordination with the Governing Board provide the planning, oversight, policy development and evaluation of the NCCC's workforce development system.
North Central Counties Consortium is dedicated to supporting economic vitality in NCCC's communities by assuring that the highest level of workforce development services are provided to local businesses and job seekers through our comprehensive One Stop service delivery system.
