The North Central Counties Consortium (NCCC) Workforce Development Board (WDB) is dedicated to providing high quality workforce development services in the counties of Colusa, Glenn, Sutter and Yuba. The WDB, in coordination with NCCC's Governing Board, is responsible for the planning, policy development, oversight and evaluation of the Consortium's workforce development system. The Workforce Development Board is comprised of a majority of local business leaders and representatives of labor, apprenticeships, education, economic development, vocational rehabilitation, state employment service and community based organizations.
